As Managing Editor and former Student Senate Reporter for The Daily Campus, I’ve gained hands-on newsroom experience in both leadership and reporting. My work ranges from covering university policy and campus life to editing staff stories with attention to accuracy, clarity, and AP Style. I design and produce print layouts in InDesign, edit video packages in Premiere Pro and manage digital storytelling across platforms. These roles have sharpened my eye for detail, my ability to work on deadline and my commitment to telling stories that matter to the SMU community.
