A brief introduction to me! I'm a sister, daughter, student, journalist, traveler, avid skiier, self-proclaimed chef with a passion research and exploring the world. 

As a recent edition to Southern Methodist University's Daily Campus, I have reported on various topics in the SMU and Dallas community. Here, you will also find research papers and social commentary-style essays. 

Here, you will find more information about the One Love Foundation and the work I did for their Youth Leadership Summit and One Day for One Love in California. 

In each of these sections, you will find photo spreads of my favorite places. First, is the island where I've spent most of my summers. Rich in history and located in the Adriatic sea, the local culture and cuisine makes this place so unbelievably special. 

In my time as Editorial Intern for Dallas' leading LGBT media source, I wrote a variety of stories ranging from pop culture and breaking news.

My resumé includes my work and leadership experience, in addition to nonprofit work and skills.

Gaining experience as Marlborough School's UltraViolet led Bass to an Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Premiere Video certification. Bass covers SMU's Student Senate meetings every Tuesday, publishing the "Senate in a Minute" video recaps on the Daily Campus Instagram.  

After visiting my sister abroad, I realized my true love for this city. At every street corner, one step to your right was another pocket of life. You'll find the best croissants and coffee in the 7th!
